Viannery D. Mabag, CSP-PASP, commonly known as “Teacher Via” or “Miss V”, is a speech-language pathologist in the Philippines who works as a pediatric clinician, an administrator, and an academe. As Teacher Via, she works in a private clinic and specializes in assessment and intervention of pediatric language cases. She likewise collaborates with families and other healthcare professionals in providing augmentative-alternative communication systems to children with complex communication needs. As Miss V, she works as the Program Chair of the Department of Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) at Cebu Doctors’ University – one of the only four universities offering the undergraduate SLP programs in the entire Philippines.
