Regina Lemmon-Bush earned her Ph.D and M.S. from the Univ of South Carolina. Currently, she is a Dean and Professor at West Coast University. She has also taught at Columbia College in South Carolina as well as South Carolina State University. Her research interests are language, literacy, health literacy, and cultural competence.
She’s been worked as a school SLP, private practitioner, and therapist at the Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg, SC. She’s also a past president of the South Carolina Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
She is known as a "BUILDER." She has built programs, resources and people who have positively impacted others' lives. She was acknowledged for her work as the 2019 recipient of the South Carolina Independent Colleges and University’s Excellence in Teaching award. Unlimited
