Kate Izquierdo is the owner of L.E.I. Administrative Solutions, LLC. With a background as a Speech-Language Pathologist, she is uniquely suited to provide administrative support services to private practice owners and fellow SLPs. Kate obtained her Master's degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in Communicative Disorders and Sciences. Her Bachelor's degree was earned at the State University of New York at Geneseo with a double major in Spanish, as well as Interpersonal and Organizational Communication. With 10 years of experience in the field, Kate has supported both adults and children experiencing speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing challenges. Her passion is in the areas of supporting bilingual individuals with culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, as well as individuals who benefit from augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). L.E.I. Administrative Solutions specializes in tailoring support to owners of speech, language, and feeding private practices across the United States. Kate’s primary goal is to help others achieve work-life balance. This vision was born out of Kate’s need to re-examine her own work-life balance when she and her husband welcomed their first child in October of 2020.
