John Bagnulo, PhD, has an MPH (Masters of Public Health) from the University of North Carolina and a Doctorate of Human Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Maine. He has worked as a researcher, a university associate professor, and a consultant for the past 21 years. He currently serves as the Director of Nutrition for Nutritional Medicinals. In addition to his passion for increasing the public’s knowledge and awareness around the subject of how food and agriculture influence patterns of health and disease, John is an avid outdoorsman and naturalist.
